Young children and their caregivers will find engaging songs, rhymes, and stories at Storytime at the Clallam Bay, Forks, Port Angeles, and Sequim Branch Libraries.

Need help with student financial aid? Hosted by United Way of Clallam County’s Student Financial Aid Liaison, these sessions are an easy way to get your question answered before you submit a FAFSA or WASFA, or the perfect place to find the support to get started with financial aid!

Join this fascinating 6-week discussion series about the future of clean, renewable energy on the North Olympic Peninsula. Presented by Innovation Beyond Zero, the program will explore the current electric generation and distribution system, energy independence and resilience, technologies for energy generation, and more.

Olympic National Park Perspectives: Winter Speaker Series

Dealing with Asian Clams, a New Aquatic Invader on the Olympic Peninsula

In cooperation with Olympic National Park, Professor David Cowles, Ph.D., and a team of students from Walla Walla University studied the spread of the clam in Lake Ozette and later in Lake Crescent. In this talk, Dr. Cowles will examine the state of the clam’s spread so far as well as discuss what effects it may have on our native species and what preventive measures may be helpful.
