The North Olympic Library System is the place for special events and activities for all ages and interests. The Library sponsors storytimes and reading readiness programs for children, film showings, author visits, and community information programs, library orientations and tours and much more. Library meeting rooms are used regularly by local groups such as clubs and non-profits for presentations, lectures and other programs. Connect with your community at the Library!

Novel Conversations Book Discussion Group

Novel Conversations is a monthly book discussion group fostering dialogue around works of fiction and nonfiction, exploring world literature in a round-table setting. The Novel Conversations Book Discussion Group meets at 4pm on the fourth Wednesday of each month in the Sequim Branch Library meeting room.

Wednesday Evening Book Discussion Group

The Wednesday Evening Book Group reads both fiction and nonfiction titles. The group meets at 6:30pm on the fourth Wednesday of every month in the Coffey Room at the Port Angeles Main Library. Attend as often as you wish. Drop-ins are always welcome.

Art in the Library – Sequim Branch

The fabric art of Rae Powell-Walz will be displayed through January 29 at the Sequim Branch Library. Inspired by the sights and sounds of the natural world, Rae Powell-Walz draws upon a background in both quilting and painting to create her fabric art. Her works celebrate color, freedom, and all of the senses.
