To help slow the spread of the coronavirus, beginning Tuesday, March 17, all NOLS facilities will be closed. At this time, Tech-Know-Logy appointment requests are not being accepted.

If you need help using NOLS’ online resources, please submit the following information to request a tech appointment. You will be able to meet with trained NOLS staff who can help you use library resources on your device, including streaming music and video, downloadable ebooks and audiobooks, and more.

If your question relates to a different NOLS service, or if you are experiencing an error with an app or service you have used before, please email Discover@nols.org for help.

Please note, staff can only assist you in accessing NOLS services. Staff cannot offer one-on-one assistance with other technology questions (setting up your device, how to access emails or download non-library-related apps, etc.)
