Join Teen Advisory Board

Come shape your library!

Teens in grades 7-12 in Clallam County can now sign up for the Teen Advisory Board.

Members of the Teen Advisory Board (TAB) will gain leadership skills while working with library staff and peers from around the county to plan teen events, give book reviews, suggest ideas, and help make the Library a fun, supportive, and engaging place for teens. Teens can also earn community service hours and meet new friends!

TAB has previously collaborated on things like: creating Maker Boxes, starting teen art and game events, choosing titles for Teen Book Club, and writing the Library of Doom (a virtual escape room for teens).

Port Angeles Main Library and Sequim Branch Library: Meet once per month in person through the school year, September–May.

Forks Branch Libraries: Meet once per month in person January–May.

Clallam Bay Branch Library: Participate in teen volunteer opportunities (schedule varies).
