Love/Rage/Us
A solo exhibition by Jaiden Dokken, Clallam County Poet Laureate
Port Angeles Main Library
February 28 ā May 31, 2025
“Love/Rage/UsĀ is an ode to the hot neon glow of the ways we love and rage together for better tomorrows,” said Jaiden Dokken. “Come peek at the soft underbelly of the tough stuff, the calloused edges of the good stuff, and all the ways they layer together to create us.”
This multimedia show includes poetry, acrylic paintings, ceramic sculptures, and fiber art. Through vibrant colors, pop art styles, and silly, fun, and strange imagery, Dokken’s work rejoices friendship, big feelings, and those who are working together to improve the world.
Jaiden Dokken, the firstĀ Clallam County Poet Laureate, will end their two-term in March 2025. Please join NOLS to celebrate Dokken’s creative works and significant achievements while in the role.
