The North Olympic Library System provides notary services for free to library card holders by appointment at the Clallam Bay Branch Library and Forks Branch Library. Notary service is offered in accordance with the Washington State Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts.

NOLS is piloting this service for six months at its two most rural branches, where obtaining notary services locally can be incredibly challenging. This service is not currently being considered for the Port Angeles or Sequim locations. The service will be evaluated and may be adjusted over time.

Notary services subject to change due to staffing. Please call in advance.

  • The Notary maintains the right to deny services if anything impedes the process or requirements.
