Full-time employees at NOLS receive the following amounts of leave:
- 11 paid holidays each year
- 15 days per year of vacation leave (increases after 10 and 16 years of service)
- 5 days per year of personal leave
- 12 days per year of sick leave
Amounts are pro-rated for part-time employees working at least 22.5hpw. Amounts are also pro-rated based on an employee’s start date. All employees are allowed minimum sick leave guaranteed under Washington State Law.
