The North Olympic Library System (NOLS) is inviting all ages to an after-hours Quiet Reading Party on Friday, Jan. 31, 6-7 p.m., at the Sequim Library Temporary Location, 609 W. Washington St. Attendees can wear comfortable clothes or pajamas, enjoy the hot beverages and light snacks provided, and settle in with a good book.

The North Olympic Library System (NOLS) is hosting free workshops with End of Life Washington in Forks and Sequim. The two-hour End of Life Ready Workshops will provide an overview of advance care planning and end-of-life options. Registration is not needed.

The North Olympic Library System (NOLS) is continuing its popular Jigsaw Puzzle Contest on the second Saturday of each month at the Port Angeles Main Library, 2210 S. Peabody St. On Jan. 11 and Feb. 8, the contest begins at 10 a.m. The start time changes to 10:30 a.m. on March 8, April 12, May 10 and June 14. Race the clock and other teams at the two-hour timed event.
