June 15 – August 15
Escape from Dread Pirate Roberts? Inconceivable! Experience some nostalgic fun while challenging your skills as you test your memory of the beloved 1987 cult classic movie, The Princess Bride. Use logic (and Google?) as you navigate clues to escape from the Dread Pirate Roberts, who is infamous for never leaving survivors. Play on your own or as a team to solve the puzzles and riddles with the goal of escape using “skill against skill alone”!
During the challenge, you may encounter other players such as Vizzini, Fezzik, and Prince Humperdinck along the way, and we hope you are fortunate enough to avoid the R.O.U.S.s in the Fire Swamp.
Imagine Your Story!

Visit the Summer Reading Program page to learn all about it! For additional activities that encourage reading, writing, creating, and connecting, be sure to follow North Olympic Library System on Facebook and Instagram.
THANK YOU to the Port Angeles Friends of the Library, Friends of Sequim Library, Friends of the Forks Library, and Clallam Bay Friends of the Library, for providing funding for the Summer Reading Program!
