Storytimes in the National Park

Storytimes in the National Park

What could be better than nature and storytimes? Hear a story from Port Angeles Library staff, go on a short hike with an Olympic National Park naturalist and explore nature with the toddler or waddler in your life. National Park Service logo

Programs will be held at the Olympic National Park Visitor Center
at 3002 Mount Angeles Road on Thurdsdays, 5/1, 5/8/, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29 at 10:15am.

Limited space is available; pre-registration is required for each day.
Call (360) 417-8500 x7705 for more information.

Part of the Port Angeles Main Library’s Get Moving! series the program is designed to encourage parents and caregivers to explore and talk about nature together. Research shows that the more experiences children have, the richer their vocabulary will become; the more words children know, the better off they will be when they start to read.
