New merchandise for the library lover
The North Olympic Library System is offering a 2014 limited edition 16 oz. glass tumbler. This year’s tumbler features a new graphic. They are great for enjoying your favorite beverage at work, home, or by the fire this winter.
Also for sale are sets of four notecards. Each set showcases four different Kellogg local history photos. The inside is blank, making them an all-occasion card for you to personalize. And the notecard sets make lovely gifts too! More information on the Kellogg Photo Collection can be found here.
The glass tumblers are made in the USA and printed at a Washington State company. The cards are locally printed by In Graphic Detail in Sequim. Both are available for purchase at all branches. The tumblers are $6.00 each and the notecards are $6.50 per set. Both prices include sales tax.
The library does not make a profit on the sale of any merchandise. Supplies are limited.
Limited edition canvas and nylon bags: versatile and reusable
The canvas bags were so popular, we sold out! The good news is we ordered more and they have arrived! You can choose from 2 styles of limited edition bags. Why use a disposable plastic bag when you can purchase one that will last for years? Perfect to protect your belongings and library books from winter weather.
The canvas bag features a hand drawn map of the Olympic Peninsula. It is made entirely in the USA by Parrott Canvas Company and sells for
$12.50. The nylon bag comes with a small attached storage pouch and carabiner. This makes it convenient to keep with you at all times for immediate use. The nylon bag is made by ChicoBag and has a blowing leaf design printed in the USA. The ChicoBag sells for $7.00. Buy one or both to suit your needs. Purchase any two bags and you will receive a complementary NOLS Euro-style sticker.

Make a legacy gift.
The North Olympic Library Foundation (NOLF) was established in 2012 to strengthen support for the North Olympic Library System. NOLF’s focus is on building an endowment to support collections of books and other library materials, including e-books and downloadable audio books, and to finance system-wide programs and projects that are beyond the limits of public funds. The Foundation answers the desire of library lovers to provide the library system with major gifts and bequests, and to receive grants. NOLF funds will address system-wide technology and capital needs, raise awareness in the community about the library, and test innovative new services. For more information about NOLF, click here.
